Interview with Jamison, who says his well is already dropping because of overuse of the aquifer by Copperleaf. Jamison says he disagrees with the commissioners decision, that allows Copperleaf to pull 11-million gallons out of the wells per year. He says he gave the commissioners proof that his water level has dropped 12 and a half feet since Copperleaf started drawing from its wells. He talks about how some wells near Copperleaf go dry every winter. He also discusses the report by Geologist Gretchen Hurley, that disputes the claim of a giant aquifer below Wapiti. He talks about District Judge Steven Cranfill's ruling that the primary water source is the river...but he says the county commissioners decision to give Copperleaf 11 million gallons a year from their wells ignores the judge's ruling.
