In interview, Gaertner, says ""You can throw a cannon ball up and down this street and not hit a fly�our business is down 85 to 90%. Says they need the money from the summer to get through the winter. He says it will be very tough. He says the summer was hard, losing two to three weeks at the beginning of the year, with the Park's slow opening due to a government sequester, and in the fall due to the government shutdown. He says the tourists are hurt, too. HE TELLS HOW THEY AND VISITORS WERE TRAPPED BY A SNOW STORM RIGHT AFTER THE PARK WAS CLOSED, BECAUSE THE CHIEF JOSEPH HIGHWAY WAS SHUT DOWN FROM SNOW, DOWNED TREES, AND ICY ROADS. TOURISTS COULD NOT GET OUT THROUGH YELLOWSTONE. He says he might have to go out of business.
