Shots of the Big Horn Reservoir filling, after Big Horn Lake Advocates found a signed agreement, from the time of the Big Horn Dam's creation in the sixties, which guaranteed a certain amount of water would remain in Wyoming to fill the reservoir. These shots show how low the water is, and the high water marks that show how high it used to be, before the drought started. Big Horn Reservoir, as it had been drained 2001-2005, since the drought began. It had been drained at the dam to keep the Montana sport fishery healthy.
