Preston continues CU: ""This year we're finding that there are fewer nests occupied. That's not unusual in any given year only a certain number of the population will breed. So, it varies and we don't know exactly why either because of prey abundance or other factors. So, those are some of the things we're looking at here. We're also looking at human activity whether it's recreational activity, or oil development or agriculture... we want to know what sort of effects those have on breeding populations.
